What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & Amex. We do not accept cash or checks.
Is the service price flat-rate?
Yes! All of DoubleJay Assembly services are flat-rate, no hourly charges ever. However, we do charge fees (& taxes if applicable) with your flat-rate price.
Can you request multiple items for assembly?
Yes, of course! We encourage multi-item projects to save on costs. Installation must be done on the same appointment for savings.
How do you prepare for the assembly?
Please ensure all items/unopened boxes are placed within 10 feet of the installation area and provide ample space for the team to work.
Do we haul away trash/boxes/unwanted items?
Currently, we do not haul away any unwanted items or trash. Boxes and trash are gathered and placed in the disposal area after each service.
